Welcome
Fancy something to put a spring in your step? Why not try trampolining?! Whether you can front drop, somersault, rudi, or have never bounced before, it's great fun, so come and have a go! Trampolining is a great sport for anyone and everyone, and most people pick it up really quickly. We have qualified coaches at every session to get you started or help you advance if you've done it before.
We attend about 7 competitions a year all over the country, which are open to everyone and are great fun. The competitions are as relaxed or serious as you would like them to be, and there are categories for every level of ability. We also have regular nights out, curries, and other social activities, which give you plenty of chances to get to know everyone and make some really good friends.
If you need any further information please visit our Forum at the top of the page where we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
